Last weekend was a huge weekend for the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church here in Phoenix. They had their consecration ceremonies, which basically means the dedication of their church’s building to God and the Greek Orthodox religion. It was a weekend full of very beautiful and meaningful ceremonies rich with tradition and purpose. Normally, I don’t photograph many events outside of weddings and portraits, but this one was an exception and I’m so blessed that I got to witness such a special event for their church! I’m also so thankful to Aaron and Carson for helping me out that weekend, I couldn’t have done it without them! Here’s a little glimpse into their special event:
