If I had to choose one month to be my favorite, I definitely think I would pick December. December is a magical month focused on Jesus, giving, joy, holiday spirit, endings and new beginnings to come. Normally, I don’t like endings. A lot of times, they’re sad. The end of this year and this decade is a little sad to me, but I’m still excited for the future. December is a month of reflection and closure. Looking back at this year, I can’t believe how big it was. This year, I started my business, I reached the halfway-through-college mark (and passed it! yay!), I moved into my great apartment, I really focused on my dreams and goals and making them into my reality, and I’ve grown immensely as a person and a photographer, to make a short summary of it. I’m not even going to get started as to what I accomplished in this whole second decade of my life! I like even numbered years typically more, but 2009 was still great. I’m sad that Christmas season is over and that I have to say goodbye to this wonderful year, but I’m really excited and looking forward to 2010. Hopefully my business will continue to grow, and I will continue to expand my horizons and become a better person. Goodbye 2009 (the last year of this century to have two consecutive 00′s,) Hello 2010!
A tribute to the wonderful Christmas season:

Happy New Year!
