This past week felt very eventful. I started summer school, met a ton of new people, thought I had food poisoning which turned out to be more like the flu, worked a whole lot, went to the zoo, saw some movies, and a lot more. One thing I really realized is that I’m very blessed to get to do what I love. My parents have been very supportive of my decisions and the career path I’ve chosen. In my class we had to discuss why we were taking a photo class and I said that I want to be a wedding photographer. I was the only one in the class of about 20 who actually wanted to turn this dream and love into a career. During a break, I had two different girls approach me separately and say that they wished they could do it for their career too but they weren’t allowed. One girl told me that she always wanted to be a photographer but her parents were making her be a science major instead. It just made me realize once again that I am so blessed to have parents who will let me have the career I want to have and a God who will help me make my dreams happen. I know how much work this is going to take. I hear it all of the time. I’m ready for it. I want this so much and I’ll do what it takes to get it, one baby step at a time :)
Here’s a little picture of one of the loves of my life :) She’s laying in my lap right now. I don’t know how I lived my life before her. She has brought immeasurable joy to me and my family so I just had to post a pic!
