It’s really weird for me to realize that this year is already over. It was such a crazy roller coaster of a year. I had so many new experiences and met so many new people. I learned so much that no teacher could have ever taught and I grew as a person in ways that I can’t even put into words. I learned a lot about myself and realized some of the things I really want from life. I learned a lot about other people and how many different kinds there are out there. My professors taught me some good lessons also, even if the only thing I learned from a few of them was that I never want to take a class from that department again. I was challenged in so many new ways and I’d like to think I made it out of this year successfully. I wish some things could have been different, but in the end, I’d really say that I wouldn’t take back any decisions. I grew so much this year and it’s almost sad to see it end. I know I’ll never get to relive this so I’d like to look back and think I made the most of it. I hope I did. I’m just glad to know now that this is the right school for me, even if it’s really hard to be away sometimes. I’m glad that I finally found my major even though it took a shut door or two to really point me in the correct direction. I’m grateful for everything I experienced this year, the good and the bad. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
