Allison Bess: Scottsdale Wedding Photographer & Phoenix Senior Portrait Photographer

I decided to make a post about what I’ve been working on recently in my B&W Photo class. We have a series assignment due on Monday and I decided to do mine on “the calm after the storm”.
We had to take 4 rolls of different series, develop, then print five selected pictures from one series. Here are three of my five! (Sorry if they have dust, my scanner never seems to get it right no matter how much I clean it!)

Here begins my voyage towards my crazy dream of being a successful wedding photographer. I’m writing this blog to document my beginnings and to track my progress as an artist and a business owner. I’m excited for the challenges and successes that I’m going to face and I’m planning on enjoying every step of the way.

I know I haven’t graduated yet, but the sooner I start taking steps towards my dream, the better.

I have a positive outlook on this future of mine and I’m not going to let anything stop me. I’ll make this post keep me accountable!
